• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
